DCM utilizes these agencies to because of their concentration on job readiness skills. When you get an employee from these agencies, normally they have been through extensive work skills classes. Why is this so important> When you have a potential employee that has demonstrated their willingness to work, the normal result is less turnover. Turnover is costly and this is only one method used to reduce turnover for our clients.

The bonus is that normally training dollars are offered to you the employer to fine tune the employees skills. These OJT reimbursements are usually 50% of the hourly wage of the employee and can last for up to a year. DCM has the resources to ensure that the placements are successful for both the individual and you the employer. Through our job placement services, you receive:

Assessments:

On-site, where we collect the job description and level of job difficulty.

 

Job Placement:

When you are presented with applicants, you would make the hiring decision based on your normal hiring practices. We don’t interfere with your hiring practices. You have no obligation to hire anybody referred to you from DCM.

 

Job Development:

Assistance with the coordination of regular evaluations and progress of the employee as per the training contract.

 

Job Coaching:

Should the employee have trouble adjusting, job coaching is available to that employee to ensure their success.

 

Submitting Invoices for Reimbursements:

DCM submits invoices on your behalf to the agency providing you with the employee. Your only obligation is to supply DCM with payroll information on the employee(s) as requested.

 

Minimal Interference:

DCM prides itself on working quietly in the background with minimal and unnecessary correspondence and phone calls. We work quietly behind the scene with your HR department.
